Everything began almost by chance in 2020. During the pandemic we were unable to welcome guests to our restaurant, but we felt the need to stay close to people, even from a distance. So we started preparing our first ready-made sauces, with the same care and attention that we bring to the kitchen every day.It was not a project carefully planned at a desk, but a simple gesture: bringing a small piece of our cuisine into our guests’ homes, with flavors that for me have deep roots in childhood memories and in the dishes I learned to love.Since then, the shop has grown slowly, guided by the same idea: sharing authenticity and quality without complications, just as I would for friends coming over for dinner at my home. The Eichhalde Shop does not aim to replace the restaurant experience, but to offer a small fragment of it: a moment of taste and familiarity to enjoy every day, among the aromas and flavors of Italy that we know and love.
